Folahan Ayeni

Folahan Ayeni is the Managing Partner at Ayeni Ajayi-Obe Adefope, Attorneys at Law with over 37 years of legal experience. She holds a Master of Law degree from Georgia State University and is licensed by the Supreme Court of Georgia to practice law. 

Folahan is also licensed, by the Nigerian Bar Association, to practice law in Nigeria. Additionally, she holds a Master of Law from King’s College, University of London, U.K., a Master of Business Administration degree (International Business), and a Master of Public Administration (Public and Non-Profit Management), from Georgia State University.

She is also a professor at the Cole’s College of Business at Kennesaw State University in Atlanta, Georgia where she resides with her husband with whom she has three adult sons.

Elijah Adefope

Elijah Adefope is licensed by the Supreme Court of Georgia to practice law. He is also licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia where he is a member of the DC Bar. He is a graduate of Atlanta's John Marshall Law School; and  holds a Master of Public Administration degree and a Bachelor of Political Science from Valdosta State University.

He is the author of the “Born 2 BALL” book series which includes the titles “So You Want to be A Professional Athlete?” and “So You Want to be A Professional Rapper?”

He is also a member Attorney with 'Georgia Lawyers for the Arts', a nonprofit organization which serves artists, of various mediums; and was named 'Attorney of the Year' in 2018.

Pheobe Ajayi-Obe

Phoebe Ajayi-Obe is an accomplished Attorney and Educator. She has practiced law for over 49 years; and taught for ten years prior to becoming an Attorney. She graduated from the University of Ife, now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, in 1968 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in1969. 

She was the second female Senior Advocate of Nigeria and the first female Senior Advocate of Igbo descent. 

She is the recipient of several awards, including:

  • International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) Nigeria Meritorious Service Award

  • Council of Ijesa Societies Ibadan, Recognition of Achievement

  • The Distinguished Trail-Blazers Award

  • Ibadan Branch Lifetime Achievement Award

  • Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Ibadan Branch Lifetime Membership Award
