Folahan Ayeni
Folahan Ayeni is the Managing Partner at Ayeni Ajayi-Obe Adefope, Attorneys at Law with over 37 years of legal experience. She holds a Master of Law degree from Georgia State University and is licensed by the Supreme Court of Georgia to practice law.
​
Folahan is also licensed, by the Nigerian Bar Association, to practice law in Nigeria. Additionally, she holds a Master of Law from King’s College, University of London, U.K., a Master of Business Administration degree (International Business), and a Master of Public Administration (Public and Non-Profit Management), from Georgia State University.
​
She is also a professor at the Cole’s College of Business at Kennesaw State University in Atlanta, Georgia where she resides with her husband with whom she has three adult sons.

Elijah Adefope
Elijah Adefope is a co-founder and Of Counsel at Ayeni Ajayi-Obe, Attorneys at Law. He is an experienced transactional lawyer, dealmaker, and consultant specializing in media, entertainment, and technology corporate transactions.
His experience includes working with and negotiating on behalf of Fortune 500 corporation, venture-backed technology startups, media companies, and athletes, artists, entertainers, and media personalities.

Elijah has written two books on the sports and entertainment business. He is a member of Georgia Lawyers for the Arts where he regularly speaks and provides pro bono counsel to to artists and art organizations. He was named their Attorney of the year in 2018.

Pheobe Ajayi-Obe
Phoebe Ajayi-Obe is an accomplished Attorney and Educator. She has practiced law for over 49 years; and taught for ten years prior to becoming an Attorney. She graduated from the University of Ife, now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, in 1968 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in1969.
​
She was the second female Senior Advocate of Nigeria and the first female Senior Advocate of Igbo descent.

She is the recipient of several awards, including:
